As a Quality Assurance and Analytics Program Manager I within the Conduct, Compliance, and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships and effective communication with internal teams. Your responsibilities will include reporting, data analysis, and supporting Quality Assurance Projects and Governance. This role offers significant opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sampling assignments and ensure requirements are met for Compliance QA teams.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members and other teams within the firm.
  • Prioritize tasks and assignments to meet deadlines, escalating concerns to your direct manager as needed.
  • Demonstrate familiarity and competence with departmental and team procedures and applicable systems.
  • Recommend adjustments and improvements to departmental and team procedures and applicable system enhancements.
  • Assist the Quality Analytics Team with projects.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting, Statistics, Accounting, and/or Custody is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution skills, along with excellent customer service skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
