As a Commercialization Product Manager - Payments - Vice President on the MS Commercialization Deal Desk Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of Merchant Services and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how products work and provide value to our merchants, you help guide the successful sale and implementation of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Be a leading voice on the value that JPMChase is bringing to the merchant, implement existing pricing and revenue curves, work to ensure MS Deal profitability
- Lead the Deal Desk team, advising Sales on how best to approach merchants as well as being a key influencer on Merchant Service Deals coming through the Deal Desk
- Collaborate with Sales and CS&I to fully understand each merchants unique MIDS, Legacy Products, Legal Entities, and Implementation needs
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate those learnings into future MS deal processes
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Proven Management track record leading a team in a fast paces financial institution
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Previous experience in Merchant Services or Payments is a plus
- Previous experience with client facing roles or implementations also a plus
