As a Vice President in the Electronic Client Solutions team, you will manage and develop our APAC Electronic Trading platform and infrastructure. You will work closely with clients to deliver custom market access solutions and ensure seamless integration and go-live setups. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining platform stability, identifying areas for scalability and growth, and strengthening client relationships through exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the APAC Electronic Trading platform and infrastructure, including hosting and market data distribution.
- Develop platform and infrastructure based on client demand and regulatory changes, ensuring adaptability and compliance.
- Define and implement custom market access solutions for clients, focusing on latency, co-location, and risk management.
- Collaborate with Global Prime Brokerage teams to streamline electronic trading documentation processes.
- Ensure seamless client certification, integration, and go-live setups in coordination with JPM Technology teams.
- Provide day-to-day coverage of the low latency platform and clients, effectively managing exceptions.
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews using data on platform performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Work with internal teams to maintain platform stability and proactively identify scalability opportunities.
- Partner with credit, market risk, legal, and compliance to establish transparency and control mechanisms.
- Manage vendor relationships with third-party infrastructure and risk management solution providers to enhance service delivery.
- Strengthen client relationships and grow wallet share through premium content, exceptional service, and strategic alignment of execution channels.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Equities, including Electronic Trading.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technology discipline.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to communicate system issues and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal partners.
- High-level understanding of low latency trading applications, system architecture, and network engineering.
- Experience leading complex product development initiatives in electronic trading.
- Strong background in risk management constructs related to electronic trading.
- Strong trading knowledge at both a macro and micro market level.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of seniorities and disciplines.
- Efficient at multi-tasking and working under pressure.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in coordination across all lines of business related to electronic trading.
- Financial Service Front Office experience is a plus.
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution-oriented mindset.
