Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate market making of Fixed Income securities, FX, and other interest rate-related products.
- Monitor risk positions and ensure compliance with internal and external limits.
- Support client requests and establish competence in executing trades.
- Keep all relevant parties informed of key developments and share insights.
- Analyze market drivers and manage risk effectively.
- Assist senior traders with interbank activities and other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3 years of experience in banking/financial industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of global financial markets and processes.
- Proficiency in discussing fundamental and technical aspects of traded products.
- Ability to manage and discuss different types of risk.
- Focused on client and business needs in fast-moving markets.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Self-directed and highly motivated.

- Experience in trading fixed income products.
