As a Commercial Card Business Analyst in our Core Payment Rails team, you will focus on prospecting, pitching and closing payables solutions for large corporate, financial institutions, healthcare and multi-national clients and for sourcing and managing new partners to enable industry leading provision of service. You will also support successful new solution and partnership launches, representing The Core Payment Rails team from a Sales perspective. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a high level of organization and detail orientation.

In this role, you will focus on executing Business results by offering options and finding solutions to drive success in growing our client base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the payables industry and segment strategy in high complexity and high-touch client sectors with evolving and expanding global business models
  • Assist PSS's (Product Solution Specialist) to manage cross-functional engagement when entering into and maintaining complex or new business propositions with clients
  • Lead initiative with client research, call preparation, presentation materials; high level of focus on follow-ups
  • Develop account plans, briefing memos and Best & Final pitches
  • Support PSS team on new bids including coordinating with banking partners to develop solutions, pricing and profitability models, RFP/RFI submissions, etc.
  • Work with PSS team to finalize the sale through documentation coordination/negotiation plus oversee a smooth handoff and partnership with Implementation and Relationship Management teams
  • Anticipate client and internal needs, challenges and proactive engagement of appropriate partners for solutioning

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Knowledge in Treasury Services or payables industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
  • Goal driven with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/meetings with keen attention to follow-up coordination
  • Exemplary time management, organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Ability to use various PC- and internet- based systems to manage their portfolio, must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint/PitchPro.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the payables industry and /or JPMorgan Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process/procedures

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Saleforce experience
  • Experience in Treasury Services or payables industry
