Join our team as a Commercial Bank Payments Sales Business Manager, where you will execute and communicate business strategy within the Commercial Bank Middle Market, Specialized Industries, Government, Healthcare, and Treasury Center of Excellence (TCOE). This role offers an opportunity for career growth and collaboration with key stakeholders across various functions.
As an Associate on the Payments Business Management unit within the Commercial Bank, you will manage regional and national projects, provide detailed data analysis, and support management reporting. You will work closely with the Region, Business Management, Finance, Business Operations and Control Teams, and Corporate functions to deliver reporting, analysis, and controls within the business.

Job responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate strategic planning sessions, with Regional Management teams and key product partners
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
- Recommend action steps for enhancing competitive positioning with clients
- Prioritize and lead/participate in constant stream of projects required of the business
- Determine and execute strategies to enhance employee recognition and satisfaction
- Partner with the Senior Sales Managers to deliver the Sales Management Process, which includes the management of sales pipeline, scorecard analysis, etc and with key business and functional partners to drive initiatives
- Oversee and Coordinate presentations and material for Business Reviews, Senior Leadership presentations, etc.
- Manage relationships with product partners to ensure business units needs are represented and strategy is communicated
- Ensure business unit infrastructure needs are represented and executed
- Provide business analysis/project management support for regulatory work streams and various business/strategy needs
- Partner with the Finance team as well as Data team in the preparation of reports, budgets and annual and long-term planning reports
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- College degree
- 4+ of relevant experience in banking, financial services, financial analysis, or business management
- An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently and to work well in cross-functional teams
- Mature, independent, highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with business stakeholders
- Strong project planning and management abilities in combination with proven teamwork and influential skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast paced environment
- Strong PowerPoint (PitchPro+) and Excel skills required
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Treasury Management industry experience preferred.
