Job summary
As a Collateral Services Specialist IV within The National Collateral Management Group, you will have the opportunity to ensure our operations are perfectly aligned to support our Line of Business partners, clients, and the Wholesale Lending framework. This role provides a unique chance to contribute to our goals and make a significant impact on our business.
Job responsibilities
- Monitor the National Collateral Management Group (NCMG) One Margin Corporate Collateral Management (CCM) System for client and settlement transaction, processing pledge, release, substitution notifications,
- Process statements, and other necessary documentation for certain collateral transactions
- Provide completion of all end-of-day responsibilities, work over-time as required
- Provide excellent Client Service skills with periodic client and custodian contact
- Provide back-up and production support, performing reporting, reconciliation, wire processes, and system conversions
- Manage small projects designed to improve the BAU processes and enhance the experience of our clients
- Work to prioritize key responsibilities and to work under pressure
- Work under your own self-guided initiatives
- Develop solutions and assist with the implementation.
- Learn in-depth understanding of methods, systems, and procedures, through significant hands-on experience and/or formal training/education
- Learn targeted job specific skills and requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Requires either some college related education or banking experience
- Ability to comprehend and work within multiple systems
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to complete complex reconciliations and resolve issues that may arise
- Excellent client service skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written, both with internal bankers and clients
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Securities settlement knowledge preferred
