As a Trading Services Analyst within Collateral Services Operations, you will support Securities Lending Escrow and Tri Party Repo products. You will manage client accounts, ensure timely collateralization, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires collaboration with Middle Office and Client Service teams to deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Job responsibilities:
- Processes free of payment and cash transactions within market deadlines.
- Completes Operations control checks via Operations Task Manager, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintains strong relationships with Client Service teams and escalates client issues promptly.
- Partners with Middle Office and Client Service teams to ensure exceptional client service.
- Participates in Operations Manual processing reviews to reduce manual tasks.
- Participates in Client Due Diligence meetings and service calls.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Client-focused with strong numeracy skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand complex financial models.
- Problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to working hours, including UK bank holidays and occasional weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
- Educated to at least A-level standard or equivalent, with finance-related subjects favorable (e.g., Maths, Economics).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven client service skills.
- Experience in Collateral Management, Financial Services, Stock Lending, or Repo.
