Job responsibilities

As a key member of the Chase Co- Branded Cards team, you will support Chase Branded Card's strategic plan and product roadmap of refreshes and launches across various product lines. You will collaborate with the product leads for each product line and support key work streams. The team's remit is to identify key strategic issues and drive them to resolution, create an evergreen framework to launching/refreshing card products in market, and work across functional teams to ensure successful execution of the Chase Co-Branded Cards plan. You will be a critical participant in continuing to provide market-leading value to millions through the card products they love

  • Analyze data to produce insights that shape our understanding of our customers, partners their usage patterns, and opportunities to improve their experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional partners to inform decisions and set strategy within a product team.
  • Evaluate data tracking and quality on product and collaborate with engineers to implement solutions where needed.
  • Develop business cases in support of new major initiatives and channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-LOB product owners, architects, and others to develop long term vision for omnichannel customer experiences
  • Deliver executive updates to the heads of Digital, Technology and others as appropriate
  • Work directly with design and development to create research, advanced prototypes and pilots for evaluating emerging technology and channels for conversational AI
  • Partner with product owners to perform sprint planning and prioritization of the supporting scrum teams in order to align with roadmap priority and targeted planning, maintain product "play book"
  • Lead competitive insights on the team, including understanding of marketplace, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks
  • Demonstrate ownership of requirements through knowledge expertise, removal of barriers and synchronization with broader product team.
  • Maintain strong control practices by perform monthly control validation of feature accuracy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of strategy and/or product management or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement
  • Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
  • Expertise in defining business cases with strong written communication with strong presence and can effectively synthesize, visualize and communicate your ideas to others.
  • Experience in creation of consumer facing digital products
  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends
  • BA or BS in applicable field of study
  • You are highly proficient with SQL and have experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
