As a Product Delivery Director in Cloud Platform Enablement within Cloud Foundational Services (CFS), you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value and solve problems.
The Cloud Foundational Services (CFS) Product Line, a part of Infrastructure Platforms, acts as the focal point across all JPMC's cloud capabilities. It provides the central suite of tools and APIs that manage access to public cloud capabilities in a secure and compliant manner, defines the developer experience to bind cloud resources into a coherent ecosystem and, in partnership with both Enterprise Technology Product Lines and Lines of Business, drives the adoption and best practices for the implementation of cloud capabilities.

Job responsibilities
- Lead the CPE Product Risk Management function which includes Vendor / Cloud Service Provider risk management and operational risk management.
- Manage and develop the team of Cloud Service Provider Delivery Managers
- Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Experience managing and developing a team across multiple locations
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, Cloud Service Provider knowledge, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relationships, and implementing solutions
- Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
- Proven ability in managing dependencies in high-pressure, shifting environments
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience partnering with Cloud Service Provider (AWS, GCP & Azure) & Technology Vendors
- Cloud Service Provider certification
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Previous experience with regulatory roll out and/or approval activities
- Understanding of the requirements for regulatory approvals and the nuances in the regulatory landscape globally
- Show commitment to continuous learning and skill improvement
