Enter bank aba and routing information into the system with precision and attention to detail.
Order State-Specific Documentation:
Identify and order necessary state-specific documents required for wire processing.
Ensure all documentation complies with state regulations and company policies.
Approve Wire Amounts:
Verify and approve wire amounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in wire processing or a related financial role.
Strong understanding of state-specific documentation requirements.
