As an Closing Specialist II, you will perform a variety of roles within the Home Lending Operations space, all related to facilitating the transition of a loan to closure.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, imaging, data entry and open correspondence
- Create and maintain loan files
- Work with the underwriting department
- Provide coverage for any of the support roles as dictated by absences or volume fluctuations
- Monitor and update various system records and credit website
- Communicate with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic office and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
