Job Summary: As a Loan Origination Specialist in Wholesale Loan Services, you will coordinate post-approval activities with Underwriting to ensure all commercial loans are closed and funded to meet our client's expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans.
- Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk.
- Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, process, and policies.
- Coordinate flow of post-approval tasks from mandate to booking.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
