Provide inquiries and transactional services to Corporate / Financial Institution Clients pertaining to their Account Maintenance and Cash Management. Provide supports to the Customer Service Managers to deliver quality services to the customers.
Primary Functions:
- Receive and resolve phone and written (transactional, billing or check) inquiries
- Responsible for account maintenance
- Liaise with various operations hubs to ensure customers' inquiries are resolved to the satisfactory level
- Proper escalation on client issues / client complaints
Qualifications:
- 2 years working experience, preferable, but not mandatory, in client servicing in the financial industry.
- Good understanding on local regulations would be a plus
- Basic knowledge on core cash products
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Self motivated, detail oriented and client focus
- Good time management skills and willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for meeting deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership
