As a Sales Support Associate in Healthcare Payments, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to meet revenue goals by ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. You will balance client needs with firm policies, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and clear communication to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales and Account Management teams in achieving annual revenue targets.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to complete enrollment materials.
  • Review, submit, and initiate contracts for underwriting and implementation.
  • Manage maintenance tasks for incoming account requests.
  • Resolve customer escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Quick learner with the ability to articulate InstaMed's value proposition.
  • Sound judgment in setting expectations and managing sensitive situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing daily tasks and follow-ups.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in healthcare technology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
