Newly created role within our Payments Client Service Account Management team, focused on enhancing client experience!

As an Associate within the Client Account Management (CSAM) team in Payments business, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the exceptional client experience that JPMorgan is renowned for. As part of our team, you'll facilitate seamless delivery of our services and products, guiding clients through their journey with the bank.

Job responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance requests in prompt manner
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organization
  • Ensure that client maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and promptly
  • Engage internal parties depending on clients' inquiry
  • Identify potential risks and voicing out possibility
  • Manage client expectations/ demands and facilitate required actions to completion

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrates a strong ambition to build a career in the financial industry, with a particular interest in the payments ecosystem. (This includes, but is not limited to, areas such as transaction banking, cash management, corporate finance, consulting, Fintech solutions, eCommerce business, and merchant acquiring)
  • Proficient in both Japanese and English, with strong skills in written and spoken communication, and adept at managing expectations effectively
  • Exhibits a keen sensitivity to and interest in the details related to documentation, products, and client demands and needs
  • Takes ownership and responsibility, values teamwork, and positions oneself as an integral part of the larger team, collaborating effectively with other members to achieve departmental and team objectives and targets

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, including banking, securities, or insurance
  • Basic knowledge on cash management
  • Knowledge of file formats and data integration methods
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and TMS (Treasury Management Systems)
  • Project management experience and/or skills
