As a Financial Analyst in the Commercial & Investment Bank Finance & Business Management team, you will transform financial data into strategic insights that drive our Client Onboarding and Service organization forward. You will collaborate with senior leaders and key partners to ensure effective execution of major initiatives, providing critical financial reporting and analysis. Together, we will create impactful presentations and develop strategies that align with our business objectives. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Track headcount meticulously to ensure accurate position management, requisition approvals, and reconciliation with the current budget and outlook
  • Partner with Client & Onboarding Services leadership and Commercial & Investment Bank Finance & Business Management teams to generate monthly, annual, and multi-year forecast headcount and direct expenses
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reporting packages
  • Take analysis and create executive level presentation using PowerPoint PitchPro+
  • Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers and other Finance & Business Management teams
  • Analyze large amounts of data, assess KPI trends, and create impactful analysis to assist in developing strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in financial data analysis and story-telling
  • Ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to tell the story on financials and initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to produce successful results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with business stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, proactive attitude, with a natural passion to learn and an inquisitive personality
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Mature, independent, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills, knowledge of or experience with Alteryx, BI tools, databases, and SQL Querying
