The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least 2 years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 21, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Role

Client Onboarding Officer role will provide you with an opportunity to support the end to-end onboarding client process, including all aspects of client onboarding to include the fulfilment of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements. You will have a chance to get experience working with a wide range of jurisdictions and entity types and undertake quality review of clients' KYC records and serve as point of contact for KYC and reporting issues for designated clients.

What we look for

  • Fluency in English and German required. In addition, the team reviews documentation in French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, we would also welcome your application if you are also fluent in these languages
  • You will ideally have AML/KYC background or a relevant degree such as Law
  • Creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
  • Individuals with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner and relevant experience for the Line of Business
  • The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program
