Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact and expert on onboarding new customers, handling additional business requests, and renewing existing customer KYC records. You will facilitate KYC execution across all teams, including new business and renewals, as well as remediation activities. By establishing strong relationships with both internal and external customers, you will ensure that the KYC component of the client onboarding process is exceptional, efficient, and world-class.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the KYC book of work assigned for new business requests within your designated Front Office sub-LOB.
- Prioritize active requests and provide status updates on key onboardings, managing the end-to-end process.
- Build and develop strong partnerships, identify challenges, and eliminate roadblocks with all internal partners.
- Collaborate with Front Office teams, directing clients as required, to obtain all necessary supporting evidence for KYC due diligence.
- Ensure all information to and from clients is accurate, complete, and compliant with AML, local, and corporate due diligence requirements.
- Coordinate case prioritization, capacity planning, and assignment with Global Maker teams and QC.
- Stay up to date with changes to processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and communicate impacts to business partners.
- Manage personal workload and priorities, ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management.
- Identify and execute process improvements, providing guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives.
- Serve as a role model to peers, driving training and sharing of best practices.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in conflict resolution.
- Resilient interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with internal stakeholders and effectively influence and negotiate with business partners and senior managers.
- Client-focused while maintaining a strong controls mindset.
- Proactive and flexible approach to personal workload and team targets.
- Effective time management and organizational skills for maximum productivity.
- Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards.
- Sound understanding of the financial industry.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in process re-engineering and implementing new toolsets.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies.
