As a Blocked Account Contract Specialist within the Commercial Bank, you will work with external clients and lenders, internal partners, and the Blocked Accounts Team to ensure all required documentation is on hand for new or updated client accounts. You will be responsible for the research and preparation of all documents required for account opening, products and services for our commercial customers. This role educates clients as well as internal partners on various aspects and requirements of the authorization and Treasury Services product documentation.

- Own & manage a pipeline of active negotiations with clients and lenders.
- Manage client and internal partner expectations with a continued drive to exceed expectations.
- Use of workflow tools to engage various partners across the business to deliver both technical and operational pieces of the solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners across our Sales, Legal, Product, and Middle Office organizations.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork and partnership across all Firm interactions.
- Escalate risk events appropriately and in a timely fashion.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Relevant experience or knowledge of legal documentation and account products.
- Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems and provide viable solutions with the ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and exhibit time management skills.
- Leverage internal resources with strong client focus and ability to partner.
- Independent, self-motivated with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment with experience in financial services.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Paralegal or Juris Doctor certificate
- Corporate or Commercial Banking experience
