Client Center Invoice Analyst

JPMorgan Chase is building a new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue in New York City with an iconic exterior design and best-in-class client and amenity space to augment its interiors.

As Client Center Invoice Analyst within our Amenity Service team , you will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling client invoices and ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepencies. You will prepare reports and collaborate with other teams and maintain high client satisfaction by streamlining the invoice process . The goal is to ensure timely and accurate invoicing ,contributing to the operational success of the organization

Job RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Adhere to and comply with all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards as they relate to JPMC
  • Ensure invoices and payments are processed according to company policy and procedures. Work closely with the Purchasing Manager to create a processing flow that ensures purchase orders correspond with invoices and are processed in a timely manner.
  • Adapt to new software and payment platforms.
  • Set up vendors in JPMC payment systems.
  • Maintains strong relationship with vendors and responds/resolves inquiries in a timely manner. Follows up regularly to maintain current account status.
  • Support with month end closing process that includes, but not limited to, timely reconciliation of vendor statements and month end accruals, running reports, and assisting with inventory.
  • Assists in projects as assigned by manager.
  • Upholds quality standards of the JPMorganChase Client Center and work with minimal supervision

Require QUALIFICATIONS , capabilities and skills

  • Capable of managing variety of tasks and assessing by priority.
  • Previous experience working in accounts payable or accounting within the hospitality industry and or restaurants is required.
  • Requires: writing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a fast paced and professional environment.
  • Proven success of "champion of the culture," facilitating excellent communication and engagement.
  • Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute.
  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, colleagues, and vendors, while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to use good judgement, have a clear communication and think clearly. Maintain a calm demeanor when resolving difficult conflicts and problems.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions contributing to stressful situations.
  • Ability to assist with receiving and organizing of deliveries in various storage areas as needed.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Practices is preferred.
