As a Client Advisor Support Associate within the Global Private Bank Advisor Support India team, you will partner closely with various client advisors to support activities. Global Private Bank (GPB) Advisor Support India team is an extension of the global sales organization and partners closely with the Client Advisors - Bankers, Investment specialists, Lending Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Market / Regional Leadership to support them on activities across the client/sales life cycle - Prospecting / Lead generation, creating pitchbooks / updating marketing materials, supporting client onboarding, ongoing client portfolio reviews and analysis, goal based analysis and researching client queries. The team operates in a globally integrated format with strong alignments to Advisors of a given Region/Market to enable contribution to business priorities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations and materials for client and prospective client meetings.
  • Thoroughly understand Asset Classes and characteristics.
  • Work on Investment Proposals, Goal-Based Analysis, and Investment Reviews.
  • Coordinate with global investment specialists, wealth advisors, and capital advisors on client needs, meeting agendas, and managing client follow-up.
  • Provide insights during pre-call meetings and contribute meaningfully.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided for Client Onboarding activities.
  • Research client inquiries and manage follow-up communication and materials.
  • Periodically update client information.
  • Partner with various functional partners to service clients.
  • Handle a small team of 5 to 10 people.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Act as a key engagement point with location teams and lead a highly motivated team for both qualitative and quantitative resources to understand complex financial situations and present solutions.
  • University degree holder (including MBA / CFA) and / or with 8+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent stakeholder engagements skills
  • Inclination to understand market dynamics and develop expertise
  • Fluency in English required.
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Team Management Experience is preferred
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
