As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Dining Data & Analytics team you will be responsible for delivering against Chase Dining's objectives and working with Dining stakeholders and Data & Analytics partners across the firm. You will work as a member of a cross-functional team to improve the Dining experience for our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with cross-functional partners and delivering actionable business intelligence in clear and compelling terms. You will have a passion for data visualization and deep analytical understanding.

Job responsibilities

  • Delivers persuasive presentations, using date-driven story telling techniques to deliver insights and inform decision makers.
  • Performs analyses and dive deep into data sets to identify trends, patterns, correlations and actionable insights to guide decision making.
  • Employs statistical and analytics techniques to collect, clean and prepare data to measure performance, forecast metrics, perform analyses, and extract and deliver insights.
  • Develops visually engaging dashboards that present key metrics and trends for business stakeholders.
  • Works seamlessly with stakeholders, fostering effective communication and joint problem-solving to achieve shared goals.
  • Utilizes SQL, Python, and related languages to create elegant data solutions while optimizing database performance and scalability.
  • Fosters open communication, actively engage with stakeholders, build strong relationships to ensure alignment, address concerns, and drive successful project outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • Minimum 10+ years relevant experience performing hands-on data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in SQL having the ability to write complex queries and optimize query performance.
  • Experience directly managing at least 2 direct reports.
  • Proficient in Tableau having the ability create engaging dashboards and visualizations.
  • Hands-on experience creating database tables and automating workflows.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Diagnose and resolve data-related challenges, applying analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Support the development and instrumentation of frameworks and processes to create efficient and scalable data solutions addressing complex business problems.
  • To enhance productivity and learning, document relevant knowledge, ensuring information is captured, organized, and accessible
  • Advanced degree in an analytics related discipline
