As a Cash Equity Middle office - Associate within Market Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless trade operations and client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in ensuring seamless trade operations and client satisfaction
- Provide exceptional client services with accurate and timely trade allocation and pre-confirmations
- Manage post-trade activities for timely pre-matching and smooth settlement
- Oversee collateral management for Stock Borrow Loan (SBL)
- Address and fulfill client requests and requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement internal synergies
- Promote process improvement initiatives and strategic digital solutions
- Lead projects related to end-to-end reviews, efficiency realization, and new initiatives on local, regional, and global scales

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Japanese Equities Operations at domestic or foreign securities firms
- Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with middle office members, front office, clients, and key organizational functions
- JSDA 1st and 2nd class Sales Representative license
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with digital tools such as RPA and Alteryx
