Cash Equity Execution Sales - Associate or Vice-President

In this role, you will not only cover global equities but also include Japan equity for institutional clients in Japan, making our franchise stronger globally!

As an Associate / Vice-President within the Cash Equities Execution sales team, you will be responsible for maintenance and development of key institutional investor client relationships, playing a central role in distributing JP Morgan's global equity product.

Job responsibilities

• Navigate these products effectively among a broad range of clients (asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, hedge funds etc.)

• Execute client orders in the market properly

• Bring your own idea generation and market insight

• Work with business partners across trading, research, syndicate and others to provide comprehensive client coverage, delivering the whole firm in order to maximize the client experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience on the market products as sales/traders or corporate finance / capital markets

• Strong self-starter given potential desk responsibilities and growth

• Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure

• An analytical thinker who has strong attention to detail

• Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure

• Strong understanding of fundamental product

• Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative abilities

• Strong team player that is detail oriented with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control

• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and self-manage priorities

• Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients
