Job Summary

As a Rules writer in the Consumer & Community Banking Card Pricing Rules & Decisions team, you are an integral part of the team that implements business strategies on rules engine. Acting as a bridge between the Product/Technology and Strategy teams, you will ensure effective implementation of business rules at scale.

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for eliciting, discovering, modelling, and validating decisions (business rules or logic) relating to the Card Pricing strategic business processes and operations.
  • Writing business rules on Sapiens Decision as per requirement from Strategy team.
  • Ability to match between functional requirements and application system options/functionalities in an efficient way.
  • As a team member you will be asked to take direction as well as lead and be able to adapt easily and appropriately depending on the circumstances
  • Organizes and facilitates effective meetings and discussions.
  • In addition to working within your own team you will be asked to participate in such varied tasks as training and mentoring, quality assurance and product testing, and internal product requirements analysis.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Sapiens decision.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • 3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services
  • Takes initiative - is a self-starter and finisher.
  • Strong, proven ability to work within a team.
  • Experience in documentation of business cases and customer journey maps
  • Knowledge and experience with leading delivery methodologies, with specific experience in Agile
  • Excellent written and vocal communication skills and ability to rapidly and succinctly present findings

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hands-on experience with Abinitio XPRESSIT business rules engine
  • Good knowledge of Credit card domain
  • Leverage a full set of business analysis skills, strategies, and best practice to successfully meet demanding project goals within dynamic environments.
  • To quickly learn new domains, present complex problems accurately and succinctly, and formulate creative and well-presented proposals.
