As a Card Pricing Product Analyst Vice President in the Product organization of Card Services, you will contribute to the management of disclosed credit card terms on a customer's account. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build and refine pricing capabilities that influence the customer experience and support strategic business initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to become a Subject Matter Expert on an area product owned system and to lead and support initiatives by collecting user requirements and feedback from business partners and project leads.

Job responsibilities
- Lead and support initiatives by collecting user requirements and feedback from business partners and project leads in formal and informal settings.
- Operate as a Subject Matter Expert on an area product owned system.
- Own Epics and Stories to deliver features fulfilling the project goals, including writing and refining Epics and Stories in JIRA with Scrum team, and partnering with Agile lead on sequencing;
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog along with Business Analysts and product leadership
- Identify potential project roadblocks, bottlenecks, and dependencies by understanding how the multiple project teams interact with one another
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of work experience
- Agile Experience with tools such as Jira and understanding of Backlog Prioritization Techniques
- Demonstrated proficiency with Jira, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of developing relationships positively, especially when working through challenging situations
- Must possess good understanding of SQL and should be able to write complex SQL queries for data analysis.
- Must be able to complete AWS Cloud Practitioner certification within 1 year of joining
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
- Background/Experience in product development or related experience, preferred
- Possess strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
- Ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) across all levels and functions
- Ability to promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
- Desire to learn new technologies AWS/Cloud, ML/AI, Alteryx, Tableau
- Background/Experience in product development or related experience, preferred
