As a Capital Reporting Associate in the Capital Reporting Regulatory group, you will be part of a service-oriented team of specialized team members. You will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge and expertise in delivering financial information to our regulators, improving efficiency, quality, and controls, and contributing to various projects and control initiatives. This role offers the chance to build your career in the Regulatory space and make a significant impact on our financial reporting function.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing of daily and weekly capital adequacy monitoring information and External reporting to the Regulator on a quarterly basis
- Developing familiarity of key reporting tool AXIOM/Capri and also CRD4 regulatory rules
- Reconciling data and cleansing Monthly/Quarterly in order to make sure the integrity of reported numbers.
- Reviewing and investigating trends and provide commentary for management.
- Understanding the reporting model infrastructure and implement streamlined process solutions towards a more efficient reporting model.
- Being part of the other non-BAU tasks, such as projects and control initiatives that impact the legal entity and the financial reporting function.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Capital Reporting space
- strong academics and accounting knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills and demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively at all level and Strong attention to detail
- Investment banking product knowledge including derivatives, equities, and debt securities
- Strong in Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of Capital Regulatory Reporting preferred
