The Amenity Services department supply the food and beverage operation for all areas of the Client and Conference Centres. This can be from tea and coffee for a meeting for two clients through to a 500-delegate event serving Michelin level dishes and everything in between!

As a Waiter/Waitress in Amenity Services department, you will work alongside experienced managers and chefs and a diverse, talented, and innovative food and beverage brigade. We work with high quality industry experts and want you to bring your whole self to work.

We offer fair salary based on a 35-hour Monday to Friday work week providing one of the best packages in hospitality.

Job responsibilities

  • Is aware of the various opening and closing procedures, ordering procedures as well as the different food and beverage service offers available
  • Ensures that all preparation, set-up and services are completed promptly and efficiently to the impeccable standards and time scale set
  • Is fully aware of the daily and monthly menus to answer any queries made by clients or their guests regarding dietary requirements or allergens
  • Acts as a runner for food and beverages from the kitchen to the meeting rooms
  • Ensures that the appropriate consumption sheets are filled accordingly
  • Ensures highest level of customer service and attention to detail at all times
  • Supports other J.P.Morgan sites as and when required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Solid experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a top quality restaurant
  • Strong team player with an ability to pull together multiple partners in a productive, team environment


  • Ability to motivate themselves and others around them
  • An energy and enthusiasm for learning and developing
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and operate in a changeable environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Basic MS Office skills
