As a Business Transformation Senior Associate within our Commercial and Investment Banking team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Automation Platform for the Middle Office. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Automation projects within our organization. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that the project meets its objectives on time. You will bridge the gap between Technology solutions and Operations needs. You will perform initial solution feasibility, provide solution recommendations, create test cases, and troubleshoot. Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sessions with senior management, SME and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and create comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Act as the main liaison for all project-related communications. Organize and lead meetings to provide stakeholders with status updates , progress reports and business reviews
- Lead and inspire the project teams - developers, business analysts, SME and other project members. Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support.
- Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Ensure Automation solutions adhere to industry best practices, quality standards and conduct regular testing and reviews to verify the functionality and reliability of automated processes.
- Formulate and implement change management strategies for seamless RPA solution adoption
- Perform feasibility and analysis by data gathering, feasibility and propose solution design or technology required
- Populate Business requirement documents and test cases that bridge understanding between technology and operations
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Excellent communication skills including confidence and managing cross country meetings at different levels of stakeholder
- Excellent in writing skills including creating of updates, business requirements, business cases and day to day technical email conversations
- Minimum of 5 years collective experience in back office or shared service operations
- Solid Experience in Technology Project Management and Business Analysis
- Strong background in Technology implementation
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Certification (PMP, ITIL, SCRUM, Alteryx, Phyton and UiPath)
- Experience in transactional process like settlements, account opening, payments and account offboarding
- Experience in developing/coding a RPA
- Educational background related to Finance, IT or Engineering
