You are a skilled transformation professional ready to focus on key opportunities within the broader Payments organization

As a Senior Associate within the JPMorgan Chase Payments' Transformation team, you play a crucial role in helping senior management refine and execute their global agenda. Your responsibilities include corporate development, strategic investments, M&A integration, process improvement for high-priority initiatives, and Kinexys execution. Additionally, you work on product agility transformation, pricing strategy, and execution of instrumentation and metrics, all aimed at enhancing innovation and market speed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems identified by senior management of JPMorgan Chase Payments
  • Gathers, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings
  • Creates financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Executes creative analyses and provides insight to identify issues and arrive at recommendations
  • Monitors industry trends and provides insightful reports and analyses with broader team and senior executives
  • Creates and contributes to an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility
  • Manages multiple projects across JPMorgan Chase Payments; ability to prioritize
  • Executes and refines corporate development and strategic investments to accelerate execution of strategy

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience from a premier management consulting firm, a payments firm (e.g., in strategy, product management, sales), or an investment banking division (e.g., M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets, Equity Research)
  • Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving; able to break down and structure complex problems, and develop data-driven solutions to guide management decision-making
  • Executive presence, including the ability to communicate findings from data analysis in a concise manner to senior stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders of all levels to achieve team goals based on guidance provided
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively create new path of thought
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with analytical and data visualization tools
  • Ability to collaborate in an active developmental feedback environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

  • Coverage experience in the financial services sector
  • Transferable payments experience
  • Desire to become a subject matter expert
