As a Business Resiliency Analyst within the Incident Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our incident response capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure daily operational readiness and improve response efficiency, thereby minimizing risks to employees, customers, and the firm during real-time incidents. Your efforts will be instrumental in safeguarding our operations and maintaining the trust of our stakeholders. Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with resiliency and plan managers to develop strategies for emergency preparedness and response. Actively support and represent the team during crisis management calls, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Lead the response to technology-related incidents in partnership with Global Technology and Consumer & Community Banking Production Assurance Center(CCB PAC)teams. Efficiently triage incidents and participate in technology bridge calls to advocate for (CCB)'s interests and ensure swift resolution.
  • Work closely with Global Security to monitor and respond to events such as severe weather and wildfires. Improve protocols to enhance the response and support provided to ensure the protection of personnel and assets.
  • Collaborate effectively across internal and external partners. Proactively communicate to impacted teams to ensure impacts are captured and concerns are addressed.
  • Contribute to high-impact projects focused on updating processes and enhancing incident response efficiency.
  • Aid in organizing executive-level meetings during incidents to document impacts, report status, and ensure alignment among key stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, compile reports and metrics, and support governance requirements.
  • Serve as an on-call triage and incident manager during non-peak hours.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills with a strategic, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing an independent workload responsibly.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, handling multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Willingness to adjust work hours as needed to address real-life disruptions.
  • Background in Business Resiliency, Operations, and Incident Management.

This role does offer visa sponsorship.

Schedule: Hybrid Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
