Ops 2.0 is taking advantage of the strategic opportunities presented by Deposits 2.0, Utilities, and other initiatives to make end-to-end improvements for Ops including both customer and employee experiences. The team works with SME's across different Ops areas to define current states and make recommendations for future states that will enhance our speed to market, technological efficiencies, and human capital management.
As a Business Operations Manager in Ops 2.0, you will guide operational opportunities from ideation to execution, advancing functions toward their target state independently of the Deposit 2.0 timeline. You will manage and drive initiatives identified through process analysis, focusing on those that can be accelerated ahead of larger strategic implementations. Your responsibilities include tracking opportunity inventories, reporting progress to senior leadership, and collaborating with Ops partners to build strong business cases. You will also work to gain buy-in from key stakeholders and secure product commitment to move projects into execution. This position is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Job responsibilities
- Maintain detailed inventory of operational opportunities
- Establish appropriate working groups for each opportunity
- Communicate status updates to key stakeholders
- Identify and escalate roadblocks and risks to appropriate level of leadership within Ops 2.0 and partnering Ops Areas
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management
- Project Management experience
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and present robust business cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Project Management Professionals (PMP) Certification
- Broad base of consumer banking (CCB) knowledge, including business, operations, and/or technology
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and getting stakeholder buy-in to proposed solutions
- High level of ownership and drive; self-starter with relentless focus on execution and self-improvement
- Record of developing and nurturing an open, collaborative, and enabling team culture
- Familiarity using JIRA
