As a Business Management - Vice President in the Community Enrichment team, you will optimize business performances by helping to drive key initiatives, acting as a coordinator and advocate for learning and enrichment programs that enable cultivating talent to build high-performing product teams. As a Business Manager, you will be instrumental in assisting/advising senior management and in coordinating the deployment of the bank's corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.

For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our Plano, TX - Dallas Corporate Center, Wilmington, DE - Delaware Tech Center or Columbus, OH - Polaris offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize complex information for Learning Programs in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for Learning Programs, management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Provide guidance on, support and model agile ways of working and organizational maturity in Agility for the product community
  • Manage projects, deliver key tasks and identify key business risks for the Learning & Community Enrichment program while driving resolution or mitigating controls
  • Identify product community needs for awareness, feedback and actionable communication types to support the community content needs
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a Business Management role
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
  • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Expert in content development using Microsoft Office PowerPoint and PitchPro+
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence and articulate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication, time management/ prioritization, organization and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Learning content design and development skills
  • Applied knowledge in Agile Methodologies, Scrum/Kanban frameworks and Product Operating Models
