As a Business Manager- Associate within our team you will have an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to the Business/Group Heads and optimize the accelerate, implement key initiatives. You will collaborate with executive leadership and their teams to provide high-level responsiveness to execute strategic projects & initiatives with you analytical and strategic thinking. Your role will involve organizing information, creating impactful presentations, and managing key work streams.

This role offers you the chance to participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and business partners to continually improve and add value to existing business processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to communicate and implement business strategies, supporting the BM of Payments Ops teams in key initiatives.
  • Assist in creating agendas and preparing high-quality presentations for offsites, townhalls, and management meetings.
  • Utilize automation and AI/ML tools to streamline processes, enhance models, and deliver insightful executive reporting and data analytics.
  • Manage monthly governance and reporting processes, optimizing data integrity and crafting clear presentations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Support seamless workplace planning, capacity management, and execution of location strategies, maintaining workplace dashboards and tools.
  • Organize and provide logistical support for sessions, events, and employee engagements, driving innovation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage operational support for products, including issue management and stakeholder engagement for troubleshooting and remediation.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • Bachelor's /MBA degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
    • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Business Management, Banking or COO team role.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Alteryx , SharePoint
    • Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
    • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to present solutions to complex and sensitive matters effectively.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • Knowledge of Alteryx, Sharepoint, Tableau

    • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.

    • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of addressing large audiences and senior management.
