As a Business Manager in Securities Services F&BM, you will be supporting the business to deliver on key strategic initiatives, primarily related to Client Costing, Client Profitability and Data Analytics. You will work closely with the business and functional partners across the firm, including Product Management, Sales, Product Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Pricing, Client Service, Product Development, Operations, Technology, Risk, BCO and Compliance.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist in costing analytics and enable accurate client profitability assessment.
  • Develop, maintain and report expense inputs for deal modeling, working in partnership with the pricing teams.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
  • Support Low Performing Client expense analytics, key inputs into client profitability (SVA, ROE).
  • Work closely with the technology teams to improve data quality and streamline data collection processes.
  • Create and automate dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Alteryx, Python and Tableau.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics from a premier institute.
  • Willingness to take initiative and work independently; be a problem solver and set direction.
  • Effective communicator - create logical and conclusive presentations, distilling complex subject matter into management-ready materials.
  • Commercial acumen - Ability to understand and grow the strategic business vision; focus on improving the bottom line (SVA).
  • Smart and effective art of story-telling with data

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expert Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills; Alteryx and Tableau familiarity preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, prior experience in Investment Banking preferred.
