DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Manage the Card and Connected Commerce (CCC) business priorities by acting as the main liaison between the CCC CEO and leadership teams, ensuring the CEO's directives, programs, and organizational changes are understood and executed by stated deadlines. Assist the CEO's efficiency by creating organized meetings, managing daily direction and follow-ups to teams to ensure task completion within SLAs, and providing updates on books of work. Prepare meeting agendas and materials, invite attendees, and provide post-meeting support to coordinate follow-up priorities. Organize the planning for both domestic and international internal and external off-sites and town halls. Prepare the CEO for both internal and external speaking engagements. Understand regulatory risk from both new and existing legislation, and make available outlines to executive leadership that relate to day-to-day decision making and governance. Review leadership communications and promptly identify high-risk items related to regulated banking. Apply strategic and tactical knowledge to resolve business problems. Remain in daily contact with senior C-suite level executives and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO on HR, Legal, Communications, Professional, and Personal matters. This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel to various partner sites and internal meetings/trainings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Public Relations, Business Management, Economics, Communications, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Management, Head of Public/Legal Affairs, Deputy Chief of Staff, Lawyer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills: business management; international banking laws and regulations; planning key business strategic goals and developing comprehensive multi-year strategic plans that drive top-down goals; producing PowerPoint presentations, executive briefs, and speaking points for C-suite level executives such as CEOs; driving senior management content creation for presentations; project management including adhering to meeting agendas and following up on project timing, delivery, and execution in order to monitor progress towards strategic plan and goals; enhancing tracking and reconciliation of headcount and location strategy planning; attrition updates, staffing optimization, and talent planning; internal and off-site event planning; and leading quarterly internal or regulatory meetings for executive business review.
Job Location: 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10179. This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel to various partner sites and internal meetings/trainings.
Full-Time. Salary: $215,000 - $225,000 per year.
