Business Case Program Lead, Vice President

Join the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Finance and Business Management team as Program Lead on the PXT Business Case team. Come help guide our Product, Experience and Technology (PXT) investment strategy and future decision making. In this role, you will partner with PXT Finance teams from each line of business (e.g., Consumer Bank, Card, Wealth Management, etc.) and act as a trusted advisor responsible for ensuring our business case process is consistent, robust, and accurate across all of our product and tech teams.

As a Vice President in PXT Finance, you will be instrumental in ensuring our product and technology investment analyses are consistent and improved over time. This role offers significant interaction across PXT Finance teams and PXT Finance Leadership, providing a unique opportunity to demonstrate the business case program's impact and drive strategic decisions.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and maintain overall business case process to drive standardization of assumptions and best practices across Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) PXT Finance
  • Measure and report outcomes of business case program to CCB Senior Leadership
  • Develop feedback loop with internal Challenger team to continuously improve process
  • Partner with post-implementation review team to embed requirements into process
  • Partner with performance excellence team to drive process efficiencies through tool enhancements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of prior experience in finance or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related areas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven background in corporate finance, including experience in financial analysis
  • Strong executive reporting experience including product and portfolio-level insights
  • Experience building or running a recurring, sustainable process with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency

Candidates must be able to physically work in our Columbus, OH office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
