As an Account Specialist within the Business Banking team, you will be tasked with providing outstanding service to our valued customers. Your duties will include swiftly addressing customer inquiries, honing your customer engagement and problem-solving abilities. You will play a pivotal role in managing customer transactions, which will encompass everything from fraud investigation to collections, payments and loans, ensuring a diverse and stimulating work setting.

Job Responsibilities:
- Correspond with customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
- Educational background: Completed at least two years of college, or be a high school graduate with one year of customer-facing work experience, or have completed a two-year vocational/certificate course with one year of customer-facing work experience.
