As a Financial Analysis Associate in the Business Banking Sales Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting Deposits and Cash Management within Business Banking. The Finance team reports to the Business Banking CFO, serving as an analytical resource to senior leadership in understanding and managing the profitability of the business and driving superior performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, explain results and variances, track against targets, and ensure profitability goals are achieved
- Support business case development across investments (business, technology, and marketing)
- Build rigorous, driver-based financial projections and employ proper corporate finance methods
- Budget for and track strategic initiatives for Business Banking, partnering with senior management and other teams to lead and / or support strategic projects
- Support integration of client and product profitability into business decision making, impacting areas such as product simplification, sales strategy, and specific pricing decisions
- Support executive leadership teams with regular internal presentations and business reviews
- Perform financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature
- 3+ years of work experience in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Essbase
- Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
- Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management
- Proven track record for executing on special projects / assignments, often with little lead time or information
- Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
