Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  • Screen calls and prioritize information
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, organize offsite conferences and events
  • Process invoices and expense claims
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Produce high-quality emails and messages
  • Maintain organizational charts and executive bios
  • Handle regular activities proactively
  • Edit spreadsheets and presentations, lead ad hoc projects
  • Collaborate with the administrative team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Tact and judgment in confidential situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience supporting at the Managing Director level
  • College degree is a plus

Note: this role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
