As a Business Assistant within the EMEA Currencies & Emerging Markets team of the Corporate Investment Bank, you will be responsible for providing high-level support in a dynamic and demanding environment. Your role will be pivotal in managing the schedules of senior stakeholders, safeguarding confidentiality, and maintaining a strong focus on business and client deliverables.
Job responsibilities
- Manage advanced, proactive diary scheduling, including meetings and conference calls.
- Support travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Handle internal and external client interactions and coordinate departmental activities.
- Collaborate with support groups and business management across lines of business.
- Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation.
- Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
- Integrate into the business to understand priorities and expectations.
- Partner with assistants across lines of business for coverage as needed.
- Engage in PowerPoint presentations, projects, and training opportunities.
