The Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) Risk and Controls Team is responsible for the supplier risk framework and control due diligences requirements, with a focus on evolving the TPO program to more mature and innovative practices, in an effort to proactively mitigate any risk to the firm.
As a Business & Operations Lead in CTPO, you will collaborate with business owners, product managers, and partners to plan and execute high-impact approaches to managing supplier risk.
Job responsibilities
- Partners with initiative owners to develop and document tactical plans for delivery
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way
- Drive common, consistent routines, resources and tools to track and report status of key programs
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across team members
- Provides regular updates for key forums, management updates and business reviews
- Identifies, assesses and manages issues with appropriate escalation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years experience in related and relevant roles (e.g., business management, controls, strategy etc.)
- Strong bias towards action and execution
- Proven relationship management & networking ability across an organization
- Influencing, negotiation & conflict management skills
- Judgement; reasoned, balanced decision taker
- Clear, concise oral & written communication skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of SharePoint and Jira
