Business Analyst & Project Manager - Reconciliation Projects

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Coordinate with Tech team for the flawless execution of projects
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage End to End Testing including UAT and Regression
  • Lead Test Automation

Required Requirements

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Proven experience in change management
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Analytical Skills to understand the current state and provide effective proposed solutions. Ability to interact with multiple teams, Working closely with Product Dev, Ops leads and Tech Architects.
  • Collaborate with Technology team to deliver product solutions, build and implementation. Partner with Operations on BRD / User stories.
  • Chair Working Group Meeting and published governance scorecards to all stakeholders
  • E2E project management till Go Live and In-depth working knowledge of various Test phases
