As a Business Administration and Support Analyst in the Testing Center of Excellence, you will provide executive-level support to multiple leadership members. Your responsibilities will include maintaining executive schedules, managing meetings, and handling general administrative tasks. You will also partner with global stakeholders to develop agendas and itineraries, and contribute to presentation content development. Additionally, you will engage in project work as needed to support the center's objectives.

Job responsibilities:
- Support Executive and Managing Directors by submitting expenses, assisting with schedule management, arranging travel, and performing other general light administrative duties.
- Work with global colleagues and stakeholders to develop agendas and itineraries for travel and engagements
- Schedule and manage regular meetings such as staff meetings, town halls, business reviews, working groups, and other
- Develop and manage content needed for meetings using Microsoft Office and the standard templates provided
- Develop and seek approval for Executive Level communications, including internal presentations, documents, and emails
- Manage the incoming and outgoing flow of information through various channels, including centralized internal mailboxes and web-pages
- Develop and publish materials to internal web-pages to promote awareness and support the needs of employees within the organization
- Assist in the execution and implementation of various project activities as needed to support the organization's strategic goals
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- 5+ years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant or providing administrative and project support for a complex organization at scale
- Knowledge of key JPMC systems and policies related to expense management, travel, and other administrative systems
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, including cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain a highly organized environment and work independently
- Intermediate understanding of compliance, risk, and control processes
- Intermediate understanding of Control Evaluation guidelines
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- 5+ years of prior experience in Control Management
- Knowledge of Confluence
