The Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) Product Control Governance team is seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to join our Booking Model Controller Team. As a Vice President in the Booking Model Controller Team, you will lead strategic projects that transform our operations and retire legacy systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Booking Model and Product Controllers, Corporate Technology, and the Program Management Organization (PMO), to drive impactful change. This role offers leadership opportunities and the chance to work in a dynamic, matrix environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the LE Nexus project by gathering and assessing requirements, managing JIRA tasks, and overseeing testing efforts.
  • Drive and deliver on improvements in booking model infrastructure to enhance efficiencies and controls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO, Technology, LOBs, and other functions.
  • Prepare and present materials to senior management.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Mentor and manage GF&BM analysts, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Control, Business Management, or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Deep understanding of balance sheet, P&L, risk, and accounting concepts.
  • Familiarity with financial products, including derivatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences.
  • A detail-oriented, creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.
  • Experience in leading innovative projects and driving change.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
