The position requires finance, administrative and accounting knowledge. The main function includes: supervision of the processing/settlement tasks via Dalí/Indeval/CCV/Valpre.
The position requires analytic abilities, deep knowledge of finance concepts. It's necessary that the candidate works with different global teams within the company (USA & Mexico).
The candidate should work under pressure and have good communication skills. It's necessary to have contact with INDEVAL, counterparties and FO.
Responsibilities include:
- Liquidity management (Pesos, Dollars,etc.)as well as the settlement of Securities via Indeval (Own and Third Parties settlement transactions).
- Implementation of processes and development of systems for maintenance and improvement

- Communication, coordination and negotiation with internal areas (Middle Office and Front Office), authorities and intermediaries in Mexico and USA.
- Active participation in meetings with authorities and the Mexican committees (AMIB)
- Active participation in global, regional and local projects.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Operations or Finance.
- Extensive knowledge of the settlement systems provided by the Exchanges (Dalí/Indeval/CCV/Valpre/Spei).
- Knowledge of Swift messaging related to payments is desirable.
- Managment skills required
- Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
- Experience in personnel management is desirable.
- Automation tools to track issues related to the settlement area.
- Ability to detect areas of opportunity and ability to detect risk opportunities
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
