As a Senior Associate in Asset and Wealth Management Issue Resolution team, you will provide insights and analysis to senior management and drive transformation and process improvement initiatives that deliver a positive impact to the customer.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the investigation and resolution of complex operational exceptions and issues.
2. Ensure thorough research and analysis are conducted to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
3. Manage high-priority escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

4. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of case handlers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
5. Allocate resources effectively to manage workload and ensure timely resolution of issues.
6. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on issue resolution status and trends.
7. Analyze data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
9. Drive transformation projects that streamline processes and reduce the occurrence of exceptions and issues.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
1. Has strong knowledge of Wealth Management products
2. Has minimum 10 years of experience in issue resolution, exception handling, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
3. Proven track record of leading process improvements and customer-focused solutions.
4. Experience in providing data-driven insights and analysis to senior management.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Experience in leading process improvement and transformation initiatives
