AWM ASSET MOVEMENT TEAM - ANALYST

The Asset Movement Team is responsible for the processing of all internal and external transactions mainly related to two Line of Business: CWM and JPMA. These functions include collateral movements review and verification, validation and correction.

The Asset Movement Team is divided in 3 locations New Jersey, Delaware and Buenos Aires.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve daily collateral movements out of Brokerage Accounts.
  • Processing of Non-Managed and Managed Journals (internal transfers).
  • Review and processing of all systematic requests.
  • Handling of Inquiries and escalations.
  • Delivery of assets to external firms, both US based and foreign markets.

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, multitask, and bring tasks to complete closure.
  • Written and oral English skills (used on daily basis with the US counterparties). Calls, email exchange with Financial Advisors, Middle Office and other departments.
