As an Audit and Credit Support Specialist III within DS Operations, you will be responsible for assessing the quality of audits, generating and reviewing audit reports, and compiling summary results for Underwriters and Bankers. Your role will be crucial in providing best-in-class customer service and executing necessary controls. DS Operations, a part of Dealer Services (DS), is a recognized leader in offering wholesale financial solutions to automobile dealers across the United States, and comprises six functional units that support the business and its clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and robust controls.

Job responsibilities:
- Assess the quality of audits performed in the field.
- Generate and review audit reports, compiling summary results for Underwriters and Bankers.
- Collect, input, analyze, and monitor financial information.
- Complete routine, non-complex transactions following procedures.
- Monitor and minimize outstanding items daily, managing risk effectively.
- Conduct quality control reviews and communicate with Underwriters and Bankers.
- Perform internal quality checks to eliminate errors and ensure accuracy.
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service to internal and external clients.
- Adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Take ownership of special projects and assignments as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Attention to detail and general accounting skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking industry business structures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- College coursework in accounting, math, and/or finance.
- Proficiency in 10-key and data entry for accurate transaction posting.
- Experience managing service agreements and knowledge of legal documents.
- Prior experience in auto servicing, revolving credit lines, and/or account management.
